Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using or purchasing any REdacted Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) on any platform or marketplace that offers NFTs. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and the platform or marketplace (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that offers NFTs. By accessing or using the Platform or purchasing NFTs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform or purchase NFTs.

1. NFT Ownership: NFTs represent ownership of a unique digital asset and do not grant any ownership rights in the underlying content or intellectual property associated with the NFTs. You acknowledge that the Platform is not responsible for the content of the NFTs or their associated intellectual property rights, and any disputes related to the content or intellectual property must be resolved between you and the respective NFT creator or rights holder. 

2. NFT Purchase and Sale: NFTs may be purchased or sold on the Platform through a variety of mechanisms, such as auctions, fixed prices, or bids. Prices and availability of NFTs are determined by the NFT creator or seller, and the Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. You are solely responsible for any purchases or sales of NFTs made through the Platform, and any disputes related to purchases or sales must be resolved between you and the respective NFT creator or seller. 

3. NFT Use and Restrictions: NFTs may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the NFT creator or rights holder. You may not use NFTs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of NFTs without the express permission of the NFT creator or rights holder. 

4. NFTs and Blockchain: NFTs are typically created, stored, and transferred using blockchain technology, which is a decentralized and distributed ledger. The Platform does not control or own the blockchain used for NFTs, and any transactions involving NFTs on the blockchain are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective blockchain. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of the blockchain used for NFTs. 

5. NFTs and Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable taxes related to the purchase, sale, or use of NFTs. The Platform does not provide tax advice, and you should consult with a qualified tax professional for any tax-related matters. 

6. Intellectual Property: The Platform and its affiliates retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from the Platform without our express permission. 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE PLATFORM AND NFTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THE PLATFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. 

8. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
